After becoming a GoMobile customer, you will gain access to certain key vendors and relationships and you agree that you will not go around, circumvent or attempt to bypass GoMobile to work directly with any of these vendors. This includes any attempt to call on, solicit or service any GoMobile employee, customer, referral partner, affiliate, agent, supplier, licensee, licensor, consultant, contractor or other business relation of Company.
