By purchasing the The Ultimate Agency (the “Program”) from GoMobile Solutions (“GoMobile”) you agree to the following terms:  

You understand that the results mentioned in the presentation for selling this Program may includes results of some of our customers, and are not typical results. Many people who purchase the  the “Program” never get these same results. This is not a get rich quick scheme, and requires a lot of effort on your part to become successful. This is a very custom offering with live in the field training in your home area, assisting in developing your business’s Standard Operating Procedures, Interviewing of sales People, 3 months of Mastery training, 9 months of Mastermind training, as well as full access to 1 GoMobile product. You should read the full Earnings Disclaimer below.  

You also agree to use this Program ethically and honestly,and to sell only quality products that genuinely help consumers and local businesses.

You agree not to use the Program in conjunction with any marketing that could be deemed misleading or deceptive.

Note: Due to there being a VERY limited amount of these 1 week in field trainings and 1 week stay in South Carolina trainings in a given year, there is absolutely no refund for this purchase. Once you purchase one of these limited slots, we can not resell it later. We do guarantee that Jody and Vanessa Underhill will assist you in getting at least $5,000 in “booked” sales. Booked sales are defined as sold, closed, and money paid to you by a customer. However, once received, any sales you lose due to lack of quality service or care on your part will not be deducted from the original booked sale- tip: give excellent attention and care to closed customers and don’t only focus on selling new ones! If the $5,000 in booked sales are not achieved during your field training session, Jody and Vanessa will continue to work with you and help close sales after they leave. However, you must do your part and demonstrate to Jody and Vanessa that you are prospecting and bringing leads to the table for them to help close, after the field training is done. They will work with you to achieve the $5,000 in booked sales for as long as it takes, provided you are prospecting and bringing in leads. If by the end of Calendar Year 2018 you do not have $5,000 in booked sales and have demonstrated the effort to prospecting per Jody and Vanessa’s directions, GoMobile will refund any shortage up to the $5,000 in booked sales amount.

Return Policy

Due to there being a VERY limited amount of 1 week in field trainings and 1 week stay in South Carolina trainings in a given year, there are absolutely no refunds for this purchase.Monthly fees from the various GoMobile Solutions products included with this Purchase can be cancelled at anytime to avoid future billings, once those monthly Billings commence. Below is full list of the products available and the numbers of months included with your Ultimate Agency and the monthly fee amount for each once those fees commence. Monthly Fees to your account only apply for the products that you choose as part of your package. We will contact you 30 days prior to any monthly fee commencing to verify that you want to continue with each program, and the billing method you desire to use.
